In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 100-A of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Brij Lal Bhat to be an Additional Judge of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir for a period from June 11 to August 7, 2003.
