EXCLUSIVE CHANNEL FOR FARMERS

The Government is
considering a proposal to start an exclusive channel for the welfare
of the farmers.
Replying to a question
by Shri A. Venkatesh Naik in Lok Sabha today, the Minister of
Information & Broadcasting, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad said
that the details are being worked out in consultation with Department
of Agriculture and it is too early to give a timeframe for it
now.
