VICE PRESIDENT CONDOLES THE DEATH
OF SHRI RAJENDRA SINGH
Vice President Shri
Bhairon Singh Shekhawat has condoled the passing away of Shri
Rajendra Singh. He said "It was with profound sorrow that
I received the news of the passing away of Shri Rajendra Singh,
popularly known as Rajju Bhaiyya.
Shri Rajju Bhaiyya
has left a distinct mark in the society and polity with his organisational
dynamism, academic skills and commitment for societal values.
In his long public service, he served the country and the people
with distinction. A true nationalist, a great thinker and a visionary,
he never lost his contact with masses and always worked for the
welfare of the poor and the deprived people.
In the passing
away of Shri Rajju Bhaiyya, the country has lost an able Patriot,
an outstanding social reformer and a practitioner of value-based
politics. His services will be deeply missed.

condolences to the members of the bereaved family and his large
circle of friends and admirers."
