PRESIDENT HOSTS RECEPTION FOR INDIAN HOCKEY TEAM

The President of India, Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam hosted a reception for the Champions’ Trophy bound Indian Hockey team at Rashtrapati Bhavan, here this evening. The President interacted with the players and gave them his best wishes for the tournament.

Officials of the Indian Hockey Federation, the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Shri Vikram Verma and other prominent personalities were also present at the reception.
