SHRI CHHATTRAPAL SINGH TAKES OVER AS MINISTER OF STATE FOR CHEMICALS & FERTILIZERS


Shri Chhattrapal Singh assumed the charge of Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers here today. After assuming the charge he called on Shri S.S. Dhindsa, Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers. Subsequently, he met the senior officials of the Ministry who apprised him of the various issues pertaining to the two departments.

Son of Shri Bhagwant Singh, Shri Chhatrapal Singh was born on January 1st 1946 at Bigroun, Distt. Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh). He is married to Smt. Urmila Devi and has four sons and one daughter. Following is his Biographical sketch:-
