Scale Industries and North East Development, Dr. C.P. Thakur
today visited PLASTINDIA 2003. Several representatives of the
plastic industry briefed him about the progress achieved in
the field and also the problems faced by the plastics industry.
Dr. Thakur went around the exhibition and appreciated the impressive
stalls put up by the exhibitors.
PLASTINDIA 2003
is the fifth in the series of international exhibitions and
conferences organized by Plastindia Foundation. The previous
four exhibitions were held in 1990, 1994, 1997 & 2000. The
exhibition is important for product sourcing, technology exchange
and joint venture.

have participated in the exhibition. 400 stalls have been put
