The Prime Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee has greeted the nation on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami.

In a message, Shri Vajpayee said that nature unfolds itself in all its beauty and splendour during Basant. It is a symbol of joy and creativity, the Prime Minister said. He expressed the hope that the festival would inspire the people to work with renewed vigour towards the task of nation building.
