ITIs IN ASSAM


RAJYA SABHA

The administrative & financial responsibility for setting up of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) is with the respective State/Union Territory Government. However, under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme for North Eastern Region, four new ITIs would be set up in the State of Assam at Dibrugarh, Goalpara, Hailakandi and Morigaon at a total cost of Rs. 867.30 lakh.
