INDUSTRIAL AREAS IN DELHI
RAJYA SABHA
Delhi Development
Authority (DDA) has proposed for in-situ regularization of industries
in non-conforming areas where concentration of industry is more
than 70%. Names of these 24 residential areas are given below:

The Government
while issuing broad guidelines to DDA to facilitate formulation
of draft Master Plan Delhi-2021 advised them to deal with the
issue in a comprehensive and holistic manner keeping in view judicial
orders that may have a bearing on the matter.
