PRESS COMMUNIQUE
The President of
India, as advised by the Prime Minister, has directed that Shri
Arun Shourie, Minister in the Department of Disinvestment and
Department of Development of North Eastern Region is allocated
the additional charge of Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
The President has further directed that Shri Murasoli Maran shall
continue to hold the rank of a Minister in the Cabinet without
any portfolio.
