RAM NAIK CONDOLES THE DEATH OF KAIFI AZMI
Shri Ram Naik, Minister of
Petroleum & Natural Gas has condoled the death of renowned
Urdu Poet Kaifi Azmi, who passed away in Mumbai, this morning.
In his condolence message to the bereaved family of the late poet,
Shri Naik has said: "Kaifi Azmi will be ever remembered by all
sections of people from different walks of life. His dialogues
made Hindi films popular. The lyrics of film songs written by
him would remain inscribed in the hearts of cine-song lovers for
ever. The Great Poet captured the hearts of the masses by his
simple rhymes."
