PRESS COMMUNIQUE
The President of India has been pleased to accept,
on the advice of the Prime Minister, the resignation of Shri Manohar
Joshi, Minister of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises from
the Council of Ministers, and has directed that Shri Suresh Prabhu,
Minister of Power will hold the additional charge of the Ministry
of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises with immediate effect.
