    The Investiture Ceremony for the conferment of the Padma Awards scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2002 at 1730 hrs at Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi will now be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2002 at 1730 hours at the same venue.
