It is for the High Court concerned to fix the time schedule for the same. The proceedings as well as status information are available on Internet in respect of the Delhi High Court. High Courts like the High Courts of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bombay, Calcutta and Himachal Pradesh are in the advanced stage of providing the case status information on the Internet.
