    The government has approved 15 Agri Export Zones (AEZs) so far to make agricultural exports more competitive. Financial assistance is being provided to these AEZs by Central/State government agencies.

    The details of the AEZs, state-wise, are as follows:

1. Pineapple in West Bengal
2. Gherkins in Karnataka
3. Lychee in Uttaranchal
4. Vegetables in Punjab
5. Potatoes in Uttar Pradesh
6. Mangoes in Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow)
7. Potatoes in Punjab
8. Mangoes in Uttar Pradesh (Saharanpur)
9. Grapes & Grape wine in Maharashtra
10. Mango pulp & fresh vegetables in Andhra Pradesh
11. Pineapple in Tripura
12. Potatoes, onion & garlic in Madhya Pradesh
13. Mangoes in Maharashtra
14. Apples in Jammu & Kashmir
15. Flowers in Tamil Nadu
