PM CONDOLES DEATHS IN LUCKNOW
RS. ONE LAKH EACH TO BE GIVEN FROM PM’S RELIEF FUND
The Prime Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee has expressed deep shock and grief over the tragic deaths of more than 20 young men today during an Army recruitment drive in Lucknow cantonment. Shri Vajpayee said that the unfortunate accident has taken away the lives of these youth in their prime.
Shri Vajpayee has also announced a grant of Rs. 1 lakh each from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund to the next of kin of the deceased.
