TRANSPARENCY IN ELECTION FUNDING
The Government proposes to introduce the Election and Other Related Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2002 in the current session of Lok Sabha, which seeks to make provisions inter alia for tax-releif in relation to donations given by the companies to the political parties.
This information was given by the Union Minister of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Shri Arun Jaitley in a written reply to a question from S/Shri Ashok N. Mohol and Ramsheth Thakur in the Lok Sabha today.
