DR. JOSHI CONDOLES THE DEATH OF SHRI G.M.C. BALAYOGI
The Minister for Human Resource Development and Science and Technology, Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi has expressed deep shock over the sudden death of the Lok Sabha Speaker, Shri G.M.C. Balayogi in a helicopter crash near Vijayawada.
In a condolence message, Dr. Joshi described him as a true son of the soil and said his contribution to Parliamentary traditions cannot be forgotten. In his untimely death, the country has lost a man of the masses for whom the welfare of the downtrodden was always uppermost. In his demise, I have lost a personal friend, Dr. Joshi said.
