    Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers, Shri S.S. Dhindsa has expressed deep shock and concern at the untimely demise of Lok Sabha Speaker, Shri G.M.C. Balayogi. Shri Dhindsa said that Shri Balayogi was a respected Parliamentarian and was well-versed in the art of Parliamentary procedures. Shri Dhindsa spoke of the efforts put in by Shri Balayogi in strictly enforcing the code of conduct for Parliamentarians. The Minister conveyed heart-felt condolences to the members of the bereaved family and also said that this was a great loss for the entire nation.
