SHRI K. ROY PAUL TAKES OVER AS NEW CIVIL AVIATION SECRETARY
Shri K. Roy Paul today took over as the Civil Aviation Secretary. He is a 1967 batch Indian Administrative Officer of Bihar cadre. Shri K.Roy Paul was Special Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Forests before the new assignment.
