PRESS COMMUNIQUE
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Krishan Kumar Acharya to be a Judge of the Rajasthan High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Fateh Chand Bansal to be an Additional Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, for a period of two years, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
