In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Viney Mittal, Shri Virender Singh, Shri Satish Kumar Mittal, Shri Hemant Gupta, Shri Surinder Singh Saron, Smt. Kiran Anand Lall, and Shri Surinder Singh Grewal to be Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective office.
