SEMINAR ON SIMPLIFICATION OF DELISTING NORMS

The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) will hold a day long seminar on Need for Centralised Listing and Simplification of Delisting norms here on June 14, 2002. More than 200 Company Secretaries and other corporate professionals will take part in the seminar.

The seminar will be inaugurated by the chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Shri G. N. Bajpayai.
