Exchange of Artillery and Mortar fire between Indian and Pak troops continued along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir.

Retaliatory fire assaults by Indian troops in Drass and Kargil Sectors resulted in destruction of one Pak bunker and extensive damage to two other bunkers.

Heavy exchange of fire continued in Rajouri, Naushera and Akhnoor Sectors as Indian troops pounded the Pak posts across the Line of Control causing extensive damage.
