The Union Public Service Commission has announced
the results of the Indian Forest Service Examination held in
July, 2001. The list contains names of 33 candidates, including
13 belonging to Other Backward Classes, 7 to the Scheduled Castes
and 2 to the Scheduled Tribes.
The appointment to the service will be made by
the Government according to the number of vacancies available.
The number of vacancies intimated by the Government is 33 (Thirty-three).
