MORE THAN 1.6 LAKH TOURISTS ARRIVED DURING JUNE
2002
More than 1.6 lakh foreign tourists
arrived in the country during June, 2002. Arrival during this
year has declined because of war perceptions in the region and
overall decline in the tourists traffic world over. Arrival during
last six months and comparative figures for the previous years
are as follows:-
