HIGH POWER DELEGATION FROM UKRAINE CALLS ON SHRI PASWAN

    A four member delegation led by State Secretary Mr. Victor G. Padalko, Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine called on Union Minister of Coal & Mines Shri Ram Vilas Paswan here today. A Joint Working Group has been proposed by Shri Paswan to go into the details of various issues and spheres of coordination and cooperation in coal & mining sector.

    Ukraine is known for its engineering strength and produces big excavators, electrical & wireless equipment and the Minister of Ukraine expressed their interest in joint ventures in the field of mining, beneficiation of coal and supply of heavy equipment for excavation. Ukraine is producing various equipments for mines safety also.

    Shri Paswan expressed his desire of having better and more cooperation with Ukraine in future.

    The delegation included Dr. Oleh Semenets, Ambassador of Ukraine, Mr. Rostislav V. Zatsepilin , Counsellor, Head of Trade & Economic Mission, Mr. Petrovski Jurij, Head of Department for Foreign Economic Relations.
