UMA BHARTI CONGRATULATES INDIAN WOMEN’S CRICKET TEAM ON WINNING SERIES AGAINST ENGLAND

    The Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Sushree Uma Bharti congratulated the Indian Women’s Cricket Team for winning the one day International Women’s Cricket Series against England. Complimenting the performance of the Captain Ms.Anjum Chopra, who has won the woman of the series award, the Minister said that the team has done the nation proud with its 3^rd consecutive victory in the five match series. Sushree Uma Bharti said that Indian women are actively taking the lead and winning laurels for the country in sports.
