MOOSHAHARY TAKES OVER AS DG, NSG
Shri Ranjit Shekhar Mooshahary, an IPS Officer of Kerala cadre took over as the Director General of the National Security Guard here today.
Prior to his taking over as DG, NSG, Shri Mooshahary was the DG in the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau of Kerala.
A recipient of the President’s Police Medal for distinguished service and the Police Medal for meritorious service, Mr. Mooshahary is the first Bodo-IPS Officer from Assam. He is also the first Officer from the North-East to hold this prestigious post.
