    The President of India has been pleased to appoint Dr. C. Rangarajan, Governor of Andhra Pradesh, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Kerala, in addition to his own duties, during the absence of Shri Justice Sukhdev Singh Kang (Retd.), Governor of Kerala.
