‘43’ RS. 28.27 LAKH RELEASED TO HIMACHAL PRADESH UNDER NOAPS AND RS.17.95 LAKH TO HARYANA UNDER NFBS The Ministry of Rural Development has released funds for the National Old Age Pension Scheme (NOAPS) to Himachal Pradesh and the National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS) to Haryana during current financial year.In Haryana, 10 districts get the second instalment of funds under NFBS. The Districts are:- Gurgaon – Rs.2.08 lakh, Rewari – Rs.1.14 lakh, Bhiwani – Rs.2.07 lakh, Jind – Rs.1.75 lakh, Mohindergarh – Rs.1.24 lakh and Sonipat – Rs.1.37 lakh. Faridabad – Rs.2.68 lakh, Hissar – Rs.1.77 lakh, Karnal – Rs.1.60 lakh and Kurukshetra – Rs.1.17 lakh. Whereas, Panipat district of Haryana gets Rs.1.08 lakh as first instalment under the Scheme.
In Himachal Pradesh, three districts get second instalment of funds under NOAPS. The districts are :- Bilaspur – Rs.7.11 lakh, Chamba – Rs.8.66 lakh and Shimla – Rs.12.50 lakh.
