S.C. Choube presently DG, ITBP has been posted as DG, CRPF vice Dr. Trinath Mishra retiring on December 31, 2002. Shri Choube belongs to IPS (UP Cadre) while Dr. Trinath Mishra is also IPS (UP Cadre:1965).

Shri R.C. Agarwal, IPS (UP:1968) who is presently Special DG, BSF will be the New Director General of ITBP vice Shri S.C. Choube.
