The Prime Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee has greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Janamashtami. In his message Shri Vajpayee said that the life of Lord Krishna epitomizes the efforts of humankind to fight against the evil and achieving the highest. In fact, Lord Krishna showed the humanity a way to excel in all the facets of life.

Janamashtami reminds us to rededicate ourselves to follow Lord Krishna’s noble message of enlightened pursuit of both spiritual and material ideals, Shri Vajpayee added.
