NBCC PLANS FOR QUANTUM JUMP IN TURNOVER

NBCC (National Buildings Construction Corporation), an undertaking of the Ministry of Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation has committed to increase its turnover significantly, but importantly, it has given 60% weightage to bottomline and 300 % increase in profits than compared to 2000-01. This was stated in a recently concluded MoU signed between Secretary, Ministry Of Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation, Shri. K. Kosal Ram and Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NBCC, Shri Arup Roy Choudhury. The MoU puts business development target for the year at Rs 450 crore and turnover at Rs 400 crore.
