Joshi released the Souvenir of the 37th Indian Social Science Congress on ‘Building An Ecologically Sustainable Society’ and presented the first copy to the President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, at the inauguration of XXXVII Indian Social Science Congress – 2013, at Aligarh on December 27, 2013.
