A joint MoU signed between 8 (eight) Public Sector Banks (PSBs) including Allahabad Bank, Bank of India, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, UCO Bank and sponsors of IL&FS Infrastructure Debt Fund i.e., Infrastructure Leasing and Finance Services Ltd, Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India and Hamon Group of Industries, in the presence of the Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Shri Arvind Mayaram, in New Delhi on May 13, 2013.
