Various Government Minsiters kicked off the relay on the final day in the Gambia including; the Minister of Education, Mrs. Fatoou Faye, the Minister of Finance, Mr. Abdou Cooley and the Minister of Youth and Sports, Sheriff Gomez, on December 14, 2009.
