The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh presented PURSE Award to Delhi University at the launching ceremony of the INSPIRE- Innovation of Science Pursuit for Inspired Research, a scholarship programme of the Department of Science & Technology, in New Delhi on December 13, 2008.
