The Chief Minister, Delhi, Smt. Sheila Dikshit release a souvenir of Press Council of India and presented the first copy to the President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam at the two day International Symposia on Media Matters, organised by the Press Council of India (PCI) on the National Press Day, in New Delhi on November 16, 2006.
