MODERNISATION OF RAILWAY SIGNALLING

The Government has taken up modernization of railway signalling system.

Modernization of signalling system has been sanctioned at 1494 stations under works of replacement of overaged signalling assets under Special Railway Safety Fund.

The modernization work will be completed by 2006-2007.
