UNION SPORTS MINISTER CONGRATULATES
SACHIN TENDULKAR
Union Minister for Youth Affairs and
Sports, Shri Vikram Verma has congratulated Sachin Tendulkar on
supassing the record of Sir Don Bradman and on the occasion of
his playing the 100th Test March at Oval. In a letter
to the cricketer, Shri Verma said that by surpassing the record
of Bradman he has achieved a historic feat. " With your current
form I am sure the days are not far when you will surpass the
record of scoring maximum centuries in test matches. I am confident
that you will continue to bring more laurels to the country in
future", the Minister said.
