AJAY RAJ SHARMA APPOINTED DG, BSF
Shri Ajay Raj Sharma an IPS Officer of (UP:66) has
been appointed as the Director General of the Border Security
Force. He succeeds Shri Gurbachan Jagat who retired on the 30th
of June, 2002. The appointment of Shri Sharma will come into effect
from the date of assumption of Charge of the post.
Shri Sharma takes over the
new assignment after his full term as Commissioner of Police,
Delhi for three years.
