Reasons for Variations during the month: |
There is a shortfall in crude oil production over planned target due to the following reasons: |
a. Assam : Shutdown at combined cycle power plant, Geleki due to breaking of shafts . |
of both the gas turbines |
b. Mumbai high : 12" subsea Mumbai High North, (MHN)-NJ platform line leakage and partial |
shutdown at MHN. |
c. OIL : Frequent blockades, miscreant activities, bandhs and reservoir problems. |

There is a shortfall in refinery production due to the following reasons : |
a. IOC Gujarat :Less/Low sulphur heavy stock demand by M/s Tata Elecric company |
b . HPCL Mumbai : Regulation of crude througput in view of lower upliftment of . |
Lube oil base stock/naptha/furnace oil. |
c. KRL Kochi : Product containtment problem. |
d. IOC Mathura : FCCU shutdown for attending level recorder controller(LRC)/ LRC slide valves. |
