CLEARANCE OF PENDING POWER PROJECTS

    Nine Power Projects (one in the private sector and eight in the State/ Central Sector are currently under examination with the Central Electricity Authority (CEA). This information was given here today by the Minister of State for Power, Smt.Jayawanti Mehta in reply to a written question in the Rajya Sabha. The Minister told the house that the projects would be considered for accord of Techno Economic Clearance (TEC) by the CEA as soon as pending essential inputs and clearances are tied up by the concerned project authorities.

The details of these pending power projects are given below:-
